This is all concerning my wife. She was diagnosed AMD and ARED 2 treatment was suggested by her doctor.
After about a months use she suspects that rashes visible on her arms is an allergy caused by the medicine.
However recently the rashes have started to subside. ARED 2 treatment is still being continued.
Thank you for your interest.

While skin allergies are not a common side effect of AREDS supplements, everyone reacts differently to medications. If you have sensitive skin or a history of allergies, it's a good idea to talk to your doctor before starting any new supplement.

Are you considering AREDS for managing AMD, or are you just exploring options? Your curiosity might help others in the same situation! 😊
