I wear sunglasses at all times when in the sun. Found a great pair that was tinted blue, I loved them, there were stolen out of my car. Haven't found another pair yet

I have had both the tinted and non tinted. I find it easier to have the non tinted. I use sunglasses when outside or driving. The sun in my eyes is much more blinding now, since I have DMD.
