I use better lighting reading glasses for up close and yellow tinted glasses help me tremendously right now.

I'm not at that stage yet .and I hope not to be . because they will have a better treatment to reverse some of the damage.fo r now more light works wonders and my eye glasses.

Yes they help me to make my vision sharper and I have days when things look dark and the yellow tinted glasses make things brighter but do not wear them in low light or darkness. I found them on Amazon looking for glasses for macular degeneration and they showed yellow tinted glasses.

Wow, I had never heard of or even had anyone suggest that I use yellow tinted glasses and I have had Wet AMD for way over 20 years. I'm not sure they would do me any good since I have double vision and they would have to be a prescription. Since I go to Vision Institute of Michigan, I'm surprised they didn't inform me of this.
